Richard commands a breadth of experience that comes from nearly 30 years of practice in Intellectual Property Law, including writing and prosecuting hundreds of patent applications. Gearhart Law emerged from his passion for entrepreneurship and startups.

Elizabeth Gearhart, Ph.D.

Elizabeth’s current role at Gearhart Law is that of Chief Marketing Officer and as a patent agent drafted applications in the fields of chemistry, energy, and consumer products.
